HKH Makes AUTM 2006 Western Regional Conference Presentation
On Proposed Patent Filing Rule Changes

HKH was a Patron Sponsor at the AUTM 2006 Western Regional Conference, a gathering of technology transfer professionals from leading universities and other research institutions. HKH made a presentation on the proposed changes for filing patents with the U.S. Patent Office which are scheduled to go into effect later in 2006.

As you might expect, the Patent Bar is developing various strategies to help clients manage the rules changes, which are assuredly going to come to pass despite wide and vocal opposition from patent owners and patent attorneys.
